Welcome to MeKO

RIKEN MeKO collects information and maintains a database of metabolomic data for Arabidopsis thaliana, a widely used model plant. Data are based on gas chromatography-time-of-flight/mass spectrometry (GC-TOF/MS). MeKO contains 50 mutant lines.
